URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...MIXED PRECIPITATION THIS MORNING...

.An area of light rain...freezing rain...sleet and snow will
affect the area this morning. With air temperatures around
freezing...any precipitation that does occur could cause slick
conditions on sidewalks and roadways. Any ice accumulation should
be one tenth of an inch or less and any snow accumulation should
be less than an inch. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until
noon for Douglas...Todd and Morrison counties in central
Minnesota.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CDT TODAY...

The National Weather Service in Twin Cities/Chanhassen has issued
a Winter Weather Advisory for mixed precipitation which is in
effect until noon CDT today.

* TIMING...A mix of freezing rain...sleet and snow will move
  across the area this morning.

* MAIN IMPACT...Light glaze on road surfaces and sidewalks. Snow
  accumulation of an inch or less.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow...sleet...or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities...and use caution while
driving.
