...WINTRY PRECIPITATION IS STILL EXPECTED LATE THIS AFTERNOON BUT
DELAYED BY A FEW HOURS...

.A MIX OF SNOW...SLEET AND RAIN IS FORECAST TO DEVELOP ACROSS
SOUTHERN MINNESOTA LATE THIS AFTERNOON WITH THE PRECIPITATION
SPREADING NORTHEAST ACROSS WESTERN WISCONSIN IN THE EVENING. THE
PRECIPITATION SHOULD CHANGE OVER TO ALL SNOW BY MID TO LATE
EVENING WITH 2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATING OVERNIGHT. A
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR AREAS ALONG AND SOUTH
OF A LINE FROM ST. JAMES TO RED WING TO CORNELL FOR THIS EVENING
AND OVERNIGHT.
