...SNOW CONTINUES...HEAVIER ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

.SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...CONTINUES TO MOVES ACROSS SOUTHERN
MINNESOTA. THE HEAVIER SNOW WILL CONTINUE SOUTH OF THE METRO
AREA...FROM NEAR MANKATO...TO ST PETER...FARIBAULT...WASECA AND
OWATONNA. HERE SNOW TOTALS BY LATE AFTERNOON SHOULD RANGE FROM 7
TO 10 INCHES. A WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH 6
PM FOR THIS AREA.

ELSEWHERE...SNOW WILL BE ENDING FROM WEST TO EAST ACROSS CENTRAL
AND SOUTH CENTRAL MN THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. SNOW TOTALS IN MUCH OF
THIS AREA WILL RANGE FROM 2-3" ON THE NORTH SIDE...TO HIGHER
AMOUNTS OF 4-6" TO THE SOUTH. ONCE THE SNOWFALL ENDS...INCREASING
WINDS WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH THIS AFTERNOON WILL CAUSE SOME BLOWING
AND DRIFTING. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR
MUCH OF THE AREA THROUGH 6 PM.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT NOON FOR WEST CENTRAL
