...WIND CHILLS DROPPING TO 25 BELOW ZERO...

.AN ARCTIC AIR MASS HAS SURGED SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST
THIS AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WILL BEGIN TO DROP WELL BELOW ZERO
LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...ALONG WITH GUSTY NORTHWEST
WINDS. THE COMBINATION OF THE GUSTY WINDS AND LOW
TEMPERATURES...WILL CREATE WIND CHILL VALUES BETWEEN 20 AND 30
DEGREES BELOW ZERO THROUGH MIDNIGHT. GUSTY WINDS SHOULD LESSEN
AFTER MIDNIGHT...ESPECIALLY ACROSS SOUTHERN MINNESOTA AND WEST
CENTRAL WISCONSIN.
