REMAINS IN EXACT SNOWFALL AMOUNTS...BUT CONFIDENCE IS INCREASING
IN THE POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATIONS AND TRAVEL IMPACTS

  THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OVER 30 MPH AND GUSTS
  NEAR 40 MPH MAY CREATE WHITE OUT CONDITIONS.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES...WITH LOCALIZED AMOUNTS OVER
  8 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE.
