.A FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM MONDAY FOR AREAS
WEST OF A LINE FORM MANKATO TO LAKE MILLE LACS. AREAS OF FREEZING
DRIZZLE HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS THE EASTERN DAKOTAS AND WESTERN
MINNESOTA AND WILL SPREAD EAST OVERNIGHT. IT IS POSSIBLE SOME OF
THE FREEZING DRIZZLE COULD REACH THE TWIN CITIES AFTER 3 AM...BUT
CONFIDENCE IS NOT HIGH ENOUGH TO INCLUDE THESE AREAS IN AN
