.THE WINTER STORM IS WEAKENING AND CONTINUES MOVING EAST OF THE
REGION. LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS THIS MORNING WILL PRODUCE MINIMAL
ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION. THE MAIN CONCERN FOR TODAY IS FOR
ADDITIONAL BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW OVER ROADWAYS IN OPEN
COUNTRY. ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
PARTICULARLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM REDWOOD FALLS TO
MANKATO TO OWATONNA...A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT
UNTIL NOON DUE TO THE BLOWING SNOW. NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING TO
NEAR 30 MPH ARE EXPECTED.

* BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL MAKE FOR DIFFICULT TRAVEL AS
  EXPOSED ROADWAYS WILL REMAIN SNOW COVERED...AND VISIBILITIES
  REDUCED AT TIMES.
