.DISCUSSION...

Idaho (Zones 102 and 103): A ridge of high pressure will be building
over the region today through Saturday causing a warming and drying
trend. A low pressure system will start to impact the region Saturday
night through Monday with widespread precipitation, cooler temperatures
and snow levels down to around 5000 feet. A broad trough will be over
the region through much of the work week keeping cool and showery
conditions. The majority of the models are still indicating a ridge
moving over the region by next weekend.

Northwest MT (Zones 104 and 105): A ridge of high pressure will be
building over the region today through Saturday causing a warming and
drying trend. A few isolated showers are expected once again this
afternoon. A low pressure system will start to impact the region
Saturday night through Monday with widespread precipitation, cooler
temperatures and snow levels down to around 5000 feet. A broad trough
will be over the region through much of the work week keeping cool and
showery conditions. The majority of the models are still indicating a
ridge moving over the region by next weekend.

West Central MT (Zones 106, 107 and 108): A ridge of high pressure will be building
over the region today through Saturday causing a warming and drying
trend. A low pressure system will start to impact the region Saturday
night through Monday with widespread precipitation, cooler temperatures
and snow levels down to around 5000 feet. A broad trough will be over
the region through much of the work week keeping cool and showery
conditions. The majority of the models are still indicating a ridge
moving over the region by next weekend.

over the region today through Saturday causing a warming and drying
