...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties,
  Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Coal, Comanche, Cotton, Jefferson, Johnston,
  Love, Marshall, Murray, Pontotoc and Stephens and northern Texas,
  including the following county, Clay.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more
  heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Very heavy rainfall over the last week has led to widespread
    runoff, which has greatly reduced the amount of rain needed
    for flooding to occur. Another round of storms is expected
    this evening and tonight.
