...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 8 to 10 ft around the
  4.53 kt ebb at 4 AM.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.

  Craft Advisory, seas 6 to 9 ft at 12 seconds and north winds
  15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR
  out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from
  10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM PDT this morning.
