Humidity early Tuesday morning will max out around 70 percent. Conditions
early Tuesday will include light winds and cool temperatures with winds
then steadily increasing after 1100. Winds will then remain elevated
through much of the afternoon, diminishing by 1800-1900. Overnight
humidity recovery by Wednesday morning will be around 70 percent again.
Slightly stronger winds occur on Wednesday with an earlier increase
time. A brief round of Santa Ana winds looks likely Thursday morning.
