The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Louisiana, including
the following parishes, Bienville, Caldwell, De Soto, Grant,
Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red River,
Sabine, Union and Winn and east Texas, including the following
areas, Angelina, Nacogdoches, Sabine, San Augustine and Shelby.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
