...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Neches River At Rockland affecting Jasper, Angelina, Tyler and
  Polk Counties.

  Neches River Near Diboll affecting Angelina, Houston, Polk,
  Trinity and Tyler Counties.

  Neches River Near Alto affecting Cherokee, Anderson, Trinity and
  Houston Counties.

  Neches River Near Neches affecting Cherokee, Anderson and Houston
  Counties.

For the Neches River...including Lake Palestine, Neches, Alto,
Diboll, Rockland...Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL SUNDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Rockland.

* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Water will begin to flood several
  secondary roadways especially in the Fox Landing community.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 28.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 28.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Sunday morning and continue falling to 24.5 feet Monday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding of boat ramps,
  paths, and trails.  Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 13.8 feet Monday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Expect moderate to severe flooding of the
  heavily wooded floodplain. Boat ramps and picnic areas will be
  completely inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 18.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 17.3 feet Monday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
