This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms possible across
Puerto Rico, including Vieques and Culebra. Be aware of
thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small
streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the
surf zone particularly along the north and east-facing beaches.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

A wet and unstable weather pattern will persist through at least
Sunday. This setup will promote thunderstorms and excessive
rainfall across the area. Deteriorating marine and coastal
conditions expected by late Sunday into early next week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.

.Excessive Rainfall...Ponding of water in roads and poorly
drained areas across St. Croix. Urban and small streams flooding
is possible.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the
surf zone particularly the north-facing beaches of the islands.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday
