...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM PDT THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches above 4000
  feet. Minor accumulations down to around 3000 feet. Wind gusts
  as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Western Plumas County/Lassen Park and West Slope
  Northern Sierra Nevada, including Interstate 80 over Donner
  Pass, Highway 50 over Echo Summit, and Highway 88 over Carson
  Pass.

* WHEN...Through 8 AM PDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult from snow-covered roads and
  chain controls.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels around 3000-4000 feet this
  morning.
