Suwannee River at Luraville (SR 51) affecting Suwannee and
Lafayette Counties.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Suwannee River at Luraville (SR 51).
* WHEN...Until late Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 37.0 feet, Agricultural and timber lands flooded. In
Suwannee County flooding begins to affect the western portion of
290th drive near Boeing Drive.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM EDT Monday the stage was 37.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:00 PM EDT Monday was 37.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late Saturday evening and continue falling to 33.4 feet
Monday, April 29.
- Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
37.1 feet on 03/09/2013.
