...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Florida...

  St. Marks River near Newport On Old Magnolia Rd affecting Wakulla
  and Leon Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued late tonight at 445 AM EDT.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...St. Marks River near Newport On Old Magnolia Rd.

* WHEN...Until Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Several structures on Old Magnolia Road are
  surrounded by water up to 1 foot deep in Wakulla County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 8.8 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:00 AM EDT Sunday was 8.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Wednesday evening and continue falling to 7.7 feet Friday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    8.6 feet on 04/01/1987.
