.DISCUSSION...

After a dry and mostly sunny start to the day on Thursday, expect
clouds to increase as moisture begins to work in from the west.
Rain chances will begin to increase in the evening, with light
rain possible (40% chance of any rain) after 1800, though rainfall
amounts of at least a tenth of an inch (0.1) are quite low (~5%).
Winds at the surface will be on the light side Thursday, with
winds topping out around 10 mph with gusts to 15 mph. Rain is
expected to increase on Friday, with a 90% chance of at least some
rain and a 45% chance of at least a tenth of an inch of rainfall.
