* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Toole and Liberty Counties, Bears Paw Mountains
  and Southern Blaine County, Hill County, Northern Blaine County,
  Western and Central Chouteau County, Judith Basin County and
  Judith Gap, Fergus County below 4500ft, and Snowy and Judith
  Mountains.

* WHEN...From noon today to 6 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...High winds will blow wet snow in the mountains and loose
  debris on the plains, which may damage property and cause a few
  power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high
  profile vehicles.

People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.
