SOUTHWESTERN JACKSON AND SOUTHEASTERN MARSHALL COUNTIES THROUGH 330
AM CDT...

At 310 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Wheaton to 4 miles
northwest of Louisville to 4 miles northwest of McFarland. Movement
was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects. Hail damage to outdoor objects
         and vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Wamego, Westmoreland, St. Marys, Onaga, Maple Hill, McFarland,
Paxico, Belvue, Emmett, Louisville, Delia, Corning, Soldier,
Havensville, Wheaton, and Lillis.

This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 324 and 335.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for
northeastern and east central Kansas.
