* WHERE...Poteau River near Panama.
* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 28.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early this morning to a crest of 29.5 feet this afternoon. It
will then fall below flood stage this evening.
- Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
