...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT FRANKLIN...SOUTHEASTERN CRAWFORD
AND NORTHEASTERN SEBASTIAN COUNTIES THROUGH 330 AM CDT...

At 245 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a
line extending from 4 miles north of Mulberry to 3 miles southwest of
Branch. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 40 to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects.
