HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD IN FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS TONIGHT
BRINGING DRY AND COLD WEATHER CONDITIONS TO THE UPPER MIDWEST. THE
HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BE OVER THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON
FRIDAY AFTERNOON CONTINUING THE TRANQUIL WEATHER THROUGH FRIDAY
NIGHT.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM AROUND 20 BELOW ZERO OVER
FAR NORTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA TO THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO OVER THE
UPPER PENINSULA OF MICHIGAN AND EASTERN WISCONSIN. HIGH TEMPERATURES
ON FRIDAY WILL BE IN THE TEENS. LOW TEMPERATURES ON FRIDAY NIGHT
WILL BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO.
