SUNDAY MORNING... A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WAS MOVING THROUGH THE
MINNESOTA WITH A LOW PRESSURE CENTER LOCATED IN SOUTHERN ONTARIO.
THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL SPREAD A MIX OF RAIN...SLEET...AND SNOW
EASTWARD ACROSS THE REGION... WITH AN OVERALL TRANSITION TO RAIN THROUGH
THE AFTERNOON. LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATION OF UP TO AN INCH IS
POSSIBLE IN THE TIP OF THE ARROWHEAD. WINDS WILL SWITCH TO THE NORTHWEST
BEHIND THE FRONT THIS AFTERNOON. GUSTS AROUND 40 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE AT TIMES TODAY...WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS OVER THE
EASTERN DAKOTAS AND WESTERN MINNESOTA. HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM
THE 50S ACROSS THE EASTERN DAKOTAS...TO THE 40S OVER MINNESOTA AND
WISCONSIN. SKIES WILL BECOME PARTLY CLOUDY OVERNIGHT WITH LOWS IN
THE 30S. HIGHS ON MONDAY WILL WARM TO THE 40S AND 50S ACROSS THE
NORTH... TO 60S AND NEAR 70 ACROSS FAR SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.
