EASTERN WISCONSIN... AND A COLD FRONT WAS APPROACHING THE
INTERNATIONAL BORDER. THE LOW OVER WISCONSIN WILL ADVANCE
NORTHEASTWARD OVERNIGHT... AND A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD
ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS ON WEDNESDAY AS THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY
SAGS SOUTHWARD INTO FAR NORTHERN MINNESOTA. SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE WESTERN DAKOTAS...
WISCONSIN AND NORTHEAST MINNESOTA WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. LOW
TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL BE IN THE UPPER 40S NEAR THE LAKE... 50S
ACROSS THE NORTH... AND 60S ACROSS THE SOUTH. HIGHS ON WEDNESDAY
WILL REACH THE UPPER 70S AND LOW 80S... WITH UPPER 60S EXPECTED
ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN.
