CONTINUE BUILDING IN FROM THE WEST.

WHILE HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN SKIES WILL CONTINUE CLEARING ACROSS
CENTRAL MINNESOTA AND NORTHWESTERN WISCONSIN. CLEARING WILL LEAD
TO RAPID COOLING TONIGHT. IT HAS BEEN SINCE THE MIDDLE OF JANUARY
THAT WE HAVE EXPERIENCED COLD TEMPERATURES...HOWEVER...THAT IS
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FRIDAY MORNING. LOWS TONIGHT WILL FALL TO THE
TEENS BELOW ACROSS THE NORTH... TO THE TEENS ABOVE ACROSS THE
SOUTH. HIGHS ON FRIDAY WILL REACH THE TEENS AND 20S... WITH SUNNY
SKIES IN THE MORNING BECOMING CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF SNOW LATER
IN THE DAY.

WINDS HAVE DIMINISHED ACROSS MINNESOTA AND SOUTHERN CANADA WHILE
BRISK WINDS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS WISCONSIN THROUGH MIDNIGHT.
