MONTH WAS 70 DEGREES ON THE 13TH. THIS WAS ALSO A DAILY RECORD
BREAKING THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 66 DEGREES SET IN 2003. THE COLDEST
READING WAS 12 DEGREES ON THE 10TH. THERE WERE NO OTHER TEMPERATURE
RECORDS BROKEN THIS MONTH.

BIG PINEY HAD ITS 3RD WETTEST APRIL ON RECORD WITH A TOTAL OF 1.17
INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH. THE TOTAL PRECIPITATION WAS
0.64 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL FOR THE MONTH AND 221 PERCENT OF THE NORMAL.
THE WETTEST 24 HOUR PERIOD OF THE MONTH WAS ON THE 18TH WHEN 0.54
INCHES FELL. THIS WAS A NEW DAILY RECORD BREAKING THE PREVIOUS
RECORD OF 0.34 INCHES SET IN 2000. THE HIGHEST WIND GUST WAS 44 MPH
ON THE 9TH.
