HAD BELOW NORMAL PRECIPITATION...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR NOVEMBER WAS 46.2 DEGREES WHICH WAS 10.3
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL AND WAS THE 2ND WARMEST NOVEMBER ON RECORD. THE
WARMEST NOVEMBER ON RECORD WAS 47.5 DEGREES IN 2001. THE AVERAGE
HIGH WAS 56.0...WHILE THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 36.4. THE
HIGHEST TEMPERATURE DURING THE MONTH WAS 73 DEGREES ON THE 1ST. THE
LOWEST READING OCCURRED ON THE 21ST AND WAS 19 DEGREES.

LA CROSSE RECEIVED 1.16 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION DURING THE MONTH OF
NOVEMBER WHICH WAS 0.85 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. THE GREATEST 24-HOUR
PRECIPITATION AMOUNT WAS 0.67 INCHES WHICH FELL FROM THE 27TH TO

A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE DOMINATED THE MAJORITY OF THE MONTH AND
RESULTED MUCH ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND DRIER THAN NORMAL
WEATHER. THIS BROUGHT 27 DAYS WITH ABOVE NORMAL AVERAGE TEMPERATURES
WITH THE ONLY BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES RECORDED ON THE 19TH...
20TH...AND 21ST. RAINFALL FOR THE MONTH WAS ALSO SPARSE WITH NO
MEASURABLE RAINFALL RECORDED UNTIL THE 18TH.
