MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE SUMMER SEASON WAS 65.3 DEGREES WHICH
WAS 1.9 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 63.4 DEGREES. THIS WAS THE 10TH
WARMEST SUMMER ON RECORD AT DULUTH. 13.81 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION
WAS RECORDED FOR THE SEASON WHICH WAS 2.03 INCHES ABOVE THE NORMAL
OF 11.78 INCHES. THIS WAS THE 33RD WETTEST SUMMER SEASON ON RECORD.

THE OUTLOOK FOR FALL...NORMAL HIGHS START IN THE LOW 70S IN EARLY
SEPTEMBER AND COOL TO THE LOW 30S BY THE END OF NOVEMBER. NORMAL
LOWS START IN THE MID 50S IN EARLY SEPTEMBER AND COOL TO THE UPPER
TEENS BY THE END OF NOVEMBER. NORMAL PRECIPITATION FOR THE FALL IS
8.17 INCHES. NORMAL SNOWFALL FOR THE FALL IS 16.1 INCHES. THE LATEST
CPC OUTLOOK INDICATES THAT THERE IS A CHANCE OF ABOVE NORMAL
