.THE 2016 SUMMER SEASON WAS WETTER THAN NORMAL WITH
NORMAL TEMPERATURES AT INTERNATIONAL FALLS MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE SUMMER SEASON WAS 63.1 DEGREES WHICH
WAS NORMAL. 12.76 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WAS RECORDED FOR THE
SEASON WHICH WAS 2.33 INCHES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 10.43 INCHES. THIS
WAS THE 18TH WETTEST SUMMER SEASON ON RECORD.

THE OUTLOOK FOR FALL...NORMAL HIGHS START IN THE LOW 70S IN EARLY
SEPTEMBER AND BY THE END OF NOVEMBER NORMAL HIGHS COOL TO THE MID
20S. NORMAL LOWS START IN THE UPPER 40S IN EARLY SEPTEMBER AND COOL
TO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZONE BY LATE NOVEMBER. NORMAL
PRECIPITATION FOR THE FALL IS 6.45 INCHES. NORMAL SNOWFALL FOR THE
FALL IS 16.0 INCHES. THE LATEST CPC OUTLOOK INDICATES THAT THERE IS
A CHANCE OF ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES FOR THE FALL...WITH NO CLEAR
INDICATION FOR ABOVE OR BELOW NORMAL PRECIPITATION.
