FROM SEPTEMBER 1 THROUGH NOVEMBER 30 2013...ROCHESTER INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT HAD AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 44.0 DEGREES.  THIS WAS
3.7 DEGREES COLDER THAN THE 1981-2010 NORMAL OF 47.7 DEGREES. BOTH
SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER WERE ABOUT 1 DEGREE COLDER THAN NORMAL. NOVEMBER
WAS 9.1 COLDER THAN NORMAL.  THIS IS TIED WITH 1959 FOR THE SIXTH
COLDEST AND THE COLDEST SINCE 1991 /23.9 DEGREES - 5TH COLDEST/.
THIS AUTUMN WAS THE 12TH COLDEST AND THE COLDEST SINCE 1996
/43.7 DEGREE - 9TH COLDEST/.  THE COLDEST AUTUMN OCCURRED BACK IN 1976
WHEN THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 41.8 DEGREES.
