.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Winds and seas will be decreasing early this morning as high
pressure builds in from the north. Winds will be shifting to the
east by Wednesday as high pressure moves off to the east. A long
easterly fetch will set up across the Gulf of Mexico Thursday and
will continue into the weekend resulting in elevated seas and
tides.
