.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
High pressure will be moving off to the east late today with  winds
then slowly veering to the west and southwest tonight and  tomorrow.
The next cold front is still forecast to move into the coastal
waters early Tuesday morning with generally moderate offshore winds
developing in its wake. Another cold front is also forecast to move
into the area Thursday and should help to keep a light offshore flow
in place during the latter part of the week.
