AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL PREVAIL OVER GALVESTON BAY THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON. OTHERWISE LIGHT NORTH WINDS WILL BECOME EAST AS HIGH
PRESSURE OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS MOVES TO THE EAST. A STRONG COLD
FRONT WILL MOVE OFF THE COAST EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. STRONG NORTH
WINDS AND ROUGH SEAS WILL DEVELOP IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT. WINDS
WILL FREQUENTLY GUST TO GALE FORCE ON THURSDAY. OFFSHORE WINDS
WILL DIMINISH ON FRIDAY WITH ONSHORE WINDS EXPECTED BY SATURDAY.
