.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
A STRONG SURFACE HIGH LOCATED FAR NORTHEAST OF THE ISLANDS WILL
REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH THE WEEKEND. TRADE WINDS WILL BE
SOMEWHAT RELAXED OVER THE ISLANDS DURING THE WEEKEND AS LOW
PRESSURE ALOFT PASSES THROUGH THE AREA...BUT ARE FORECAST TO
INCREASE ONCE AGAIN EARLY NEXT WEEK AS STRONG SURFACE HIGH
PRESSURE REMAINS IN PLACE FAR NORTH OF THE STATE.
