.Synopsis for the northern and central Washington coastal and
inland waters...A typical August pattern will prevail through late
next week. Expect onshore flow of varying strength to persist due
to high pres offshore and lower pres east of the Cascades. A weak
system will approach the coastal waters on Wednesday and move
inland Thursday.
