INCREASE TO THE 2 TO 4 FEET RANGE SUNDAY AS LONGER PERIOD SWELL
DEVELOPS IN THE LONG SOUTHERLY FETCH. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE WEST
AND NORTHWEST TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES AND
