...HEAVY RAIN POSSIBLE IN THE WASHINGTON CASCADES TODAY THROUGH
MONDAY...

RISING WATER LEVELS WILL BE SEEN ON STREAMS AND RIVERS DRAINING
THE EAST SLOPES OF THE CENTRAL WASHINGTON CASCADES TODAY THROUGH
EARLY TUESDAY AS MOIST WESTERLY FLOW CONTINUE TO PRODUCE RAIN
ACROSS THE REGION. THE SNOW LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO RISE ABOVE 7000
FEET BY LATE TODAY WITH HEAVY RAIN AT TIMES IN THE CASCADES
THROUGH MONDAY...CLIPPING THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF YAKIMA COUNTY
AND THE WESTERN SECTIONS OF KITTITAS COUNTY.

SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL LIKELY RUN HIGH AND MAY SEE MINOR
FLOODING. THE YAKIMA AND NACHES RIVER WILL SEE RISES..BUT ARE NOT
EXPECTED TO REACH FLOOD STAGE. THE HIGH WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED
TO LAST THROUGH MIDWEEK.
