RIVERS...AND FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS CONTINUES FOR

* PORTIONS OF OKLAHOMA AND NORTHERN TEXAS...INCLUDING THE
  FOLLOWING AREAS...IN OKLAHOMA...ATOKA...BRYAN...CARTER...
  JEFFERSON...JOHNSTON...LOVE...MARSHALL AND MURRAY. IN NORTHERN
  TEXAS...ARCHER...BAYLOR...CLAY...KNOX AND WICHITA.

* THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING

* PARTS OF NORTHERN TEXAS AND SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA HAVE RECEIVED
  HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE PAST WEEK. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL
  IS POSSIBLE THROUGH AT LEAST EARLY THURSDAY.

* 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE WITHIN THE WATCH AREA.
