GILMER...FANNIN AND WESTERN UNION COUNTIES...

AT 827 PM EDT...A MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WAS STILL OCCURRING OVER
THE WARNED AREA. BETWEEN 3 AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN THE
PAST 3 HOURS. HIGH WATER MAY BE LINGERING ACROSS THE AREA...AND
MODERATE RAIN CONTINUES.
