THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TALLAHASSEE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN QUITMAN COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN GEORGIA...

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT

* AT 523 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. AROUND 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
  FALLEN IN UNDER 2 HOURS. AT LEAST ANOTHER 2 INCHES WILL BE
  POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN
  SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  WIRE BRIDGE...BONAPARTES RETREAT AND HATCHER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...FARMLAND...AND OTHER LOW LYING
