* SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  CENTRAL CHARITON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL MISSOURI...

* UNTIL 1030 PM CDT

* AT 429 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS HAD PRODUCED HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY
  AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN
  THERE IN THE LAST FEW HOURS.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
  OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND NEAR LOW WATER
  CROSSINGS. MINOR FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR OVER MAINLY RURAL
  AREAS OF CENTRAL CHARITON COUNTY...INCLUDING THE TOWN OF WIEN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
