535 AM CDT SAT MAY 20 2017

The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central and Eastern Anderson County in central Texas...

* Until 830 AM CDT.

* At 533 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that were
  producing heavy rainfall across Central and Eastern Portions of
  Anderson County. Several rain gauges just northeast of Palestine
  and Neches indicate that 1 to 1.5 inches of rain has fallen over
  the last 45 minutes. Excessive runoff from these thunderstorms
  will cause urban and small stream flooding. Areas that are low
  lying or usually experience poor drainage are most likely to
  experience flooding. This means some low water crossings in the
  region may become impassable.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Palestine, Frankston, Berryville, Brushy Creek Pert, Todd City,
  and Neches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
