  SOUTHERN DICKENS COUNTY IN NORTHWEST TEXAS...

* AT 829 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. DOPPLER
  RADAR ESTIMATED BETWEEN THREE AND FOUR INCHES OF RAINFALL OVER THE
  PAST HOUR NEAR THE GARZA AND KENT COUNTY LINES NEAR US HIGHWAY
  380. STORM TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE ESTIMATED NEAR FIVE INCHES
  IN THIS AREA. HEAVY RAINFALL WAS STILL CURRENTLY OCCURRING BUT IS
  EXPECTED TO DECREASE IN INTENSITY OVER THE NEXT HOUR.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
  OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND NEAR LOW WATER
  CROSSINGS. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING
  INCLUDE...JAYTON...POST...CAPROCK...CLAIREMONT...GIRARD...GRAHAM...
