THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TALLAHASSEE HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN LAFAYETTE COUNTY IN THE BIG BEND OF FLORIDA...

* UNTIL 930 PM EDT

* AT 828 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY
  AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN WITH AN
  ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES POSSIBLE.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  BUCKVILLE...DAY...TOWNSEND...MAYO JUNCTION AND CHANCEY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN OR OTHER AREAS IS
OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED
ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES. IT TAKES ONLY A FEW INCHES OF SWIFTLY
FLOWING WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES AWAY.
