.DISCUSSION...
A dry and seasonably cool day is expected across the North
Country today to end the weekend with afternoon relative humidity
values in the 35-45% range under light northerly winds. Upper
level low pressure will bring widespread rain to the region late
tonight through Tuesday along with much cooler temperatures.
