.DISCUSSION...
Warm and dry conditions are expected today as an upper ridge
builds back over the region. Winds will be from the south
around 10 mph with transport winds around 15 mph.  Min RH
values will fall to around 45 percent today and Saturday.
Patchy fog is possible this morning in favorable low
lying areas and near bodies of water.
