THE LOWEST HUMIDITY LEVELS THIS AFTERNOON ARE EXPECTED ACROSS
NORTHERN AND EAST-CENTRAL AREAS. ONSHORE WINDS FROM THE GULF OF
MAINE ARE EXPECTED TO KEEP SLIGHTLY HIGHER HUMIDITY LEVELS ACROSS
DOWNEAST AREAS. WIND GUSTS OF AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH ARE EXPECTED
ACROSS THE REGION TODAY. RAIN CHANCES WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE
