FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE STATE COLLEGE PA
355 PM EDT TUE APR 15 2014

.DISCUSSION...

RAIN WILL MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO A BRIEF PERIOD OF SNOW AS THE
STORM SYSTEM MOVES AWAY FROM THE REGION. THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF
CENTRAL MOUNTAINS WILL LIKELY SEE A SLUSHY COATING OF SNOW INTO
THE EVENING. WINDS COULD GUST INTO THE 20S AND LOWER 30S TODAY.

TEMPERATURES WELL BELOW FREEZING WILL OCCUR OVER ALL OF CENTRAL
PA TONIGHT. BUT DRIER AIR WILL BRING A SUNNY WEDNESDAY. LOW RH`S
ON WEDNESDAY WILL BE WELL-BALANCED BY THE VERY WET GROUND AND
FUELS.
