LIGHT WINDS AND WARMER WEATHER TO EASTERN KENTUCKY TODAY. THE CLOUDS
WILL BE ON THE INCREASE AGAIN TONIGHT...HOWEVER...AS AN AREA OF LOW
PRESSURE PASSES BY SOUTHEAST OF THE AREA. A FEW STRAY RAIN SHOWERS
MAY WET THE GROUND IN THE COUNTIES ALONG THE VIRGINIA BORDER LATE
TONIGHT THROUGH MID MORNING MONDAY. HIGHS ON MONDAY WILL TOP OUT IN
THE LOW TO MID 50S ACROSS THE AREA. MOST LOCATIONS WILL EXPERIENCE
MINIMUM HUMIDITY VALUES ABOVE 50 PERCENT TODAY AND TOMORROW...MAKING
