.DISCUSSION...Southwest winds will increase Tuesday morning,
becoming sustained near 10-15 mph during the afternoon ahead
of an approaching dry cold front. This will bring a northerly
wind shift Tuesday night into Wednesday with speeds remaining
in the 5-10 mph range. Relative humidity values will generally
bottom out from 45-55 percent Tuesday and Wednesday as slightly
above normal high temperatures Tuesday cool into the 40s Wednesday
behind the front.
