...High(75+) Dispersion Indices expected this afternoon over
interior areas...

.DISCUSSION...A cold front approaching from the west will move
through the area late Wednesday afternoon into the evening hours
and bring scattered to numerous storms to the area.  Relative
humidity values will remain well above critical values through
Wednesday then will drop to 30-35 percent for much of the area
on Thursday.

Fog Potential And Other Remarks...Areas of fog are expected early
this morning with patchy fog tonight.  The fog may be dense at
times reducing visibility well below 1 mile.
