.DISCUSSION...

Dewpoints in the teens that have been experienced this afternoon
will end as the evening hours progress, and with light surface
and 20 foot winds expected through Friday night, marginal fire
danger criteria might be reached in some locations. Dewpoints
should remain in the 20s through Friday night also. Dry conditions
are expected through Friday night also. Minimum afternoon relative
humidity values on Thursday and Friday afternoons will be spanning
the 40s to lower 50s.

The chance of rainfall will return to the mid state Saturday night
into Sunday with some moderate rainfall possible. A chance of rain
will continue through next Tuesday. Dry conditions will once again
return to the mid state region by next Wednesday.
