Arizona and Southeast California
National Weather Service Phoenix AZ
344 AM MST Wed Oct 18 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Temperatures will remain above average through Thursday with a
modest increase in moisture. This will result in a few possible
showers, mainly over higher terrain north and east of Phoenix;
however, wetting rains should not be expected. Afternoon humidity
levels will fall into a 10-20% range following fair to good
overnight recovery. Winds will continue to be light under 20 mph.

...Thunderstorms imply gusty winds...
