ENTIRE AREA BEGINNING BEFORE SUNRISE MONDAY AND ENDING FROM SOUTH
TO NORTH LATE MONDAY NIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. AN
ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY ACROSS DEEP
EAST TEXAS EASTWARD INTO CENTRAL LOUISIANA. MOST OF TUESDAY SHOULD
