TO AROUND 16 PERCENT AT THE BURN SITE. THIS EVENING...RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES WILL ONLY RECOVER TO 40 TO 50 PERCENT. THE
INVERSION WILL BE NEAR HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF THE BURN SITE...AND
