WEAK DISTURBANCE HEADS NORTH ACROSS WESTERN NEW MEXICO.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN IS LIKELY WITH ANY STORMS THROUGH TONIGHT
AND FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE SILVER
FIRE AND OTHER RECENT BURN SCARS. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE A LITTLE LESS ACTIVE TOMORROW...THEN WILL RAMP UP AGAIN
WEDNESDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH AND ASSOCIATED FRONT SWEEP
IN FROM THE NORTHEAST. MINIMUM HUMIDITY FROM THE MID 30S TO MID
